Open the slice app and check the Activity tab — mandate requests appear there and can be missed in pop-ups. Also check the UPI ID you entered is your exact slice UPI ID; if the request still doesn't appear, re-submit from your broker app. You must approve before 5 PM on the IPO's closing day, or the application is cancelled automatically.
